Groups Access acts as your agent to receive
and manage the mail from your Yahoo Groups, and to
access rapidly the files and embedded html links in your
Yahoo Groups Messages, Photos and Files sections.
It doesn't require Java, Flash, or any special software,
and it is compatible with all recent browsers. You can
use your membership anywhere, from any computer.
Groups Access allows you to divide your groups into Receivers
and Watchers depending on which ones you want to receive
e-mails from. You then assign priorities to your Receiver
groups to allow your Groupsbox to auto-regulate the
flow of e-mails to itself so you never get a bouncing
status. You do not receive e-mails from Watcher groups,
but you still have indirect access to all, some or none
of the e-mails from those groups depending on what is
available. Groups Access is file-centered and displays
all the displayable files from a large range of messages
all at once on one web page. You can then choose the files
you like and save them to your hard drive. It also displays
links to download the non-displayable files available.
It is the fastest way to access your files, without overloading
your hard drive with files you don't want, like viruses
or undesirable attachments.
